One Fifth

The newest property by acclaimed chef Marc Forgione, One Fifth celebrates the iconic location and history of its namesake building. Great effort was made to curate art and artifacts of the space in its previous iterations, as well as nods to the surrounding neighborhood of Greenwich Village. Finishes were chosen to emphasize a warm, cozy environment, with strong emphasis on reclaimed materials and furniture.
